In this role, Fandrich will help guide Pellera’s healthcare strategy, supporting enterprise clients in leveraging AI and advanced technology solutions to drive measurable business and operational outcomes.
With four decades of leadership experience across healthcare, technology, and financial services, Fandrich brings deep expertise in business operations, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Technology and Operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and has held Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer roles across several major healthcare organizations. He has also founded and successfully exited multiple healthcare technology and cybersecurity companies. Most recently, he was featured in the Harvard Business Review for his work advancing AI innovation within the healthcare payer market.
